Careers at Blue Spruce Restoration

We're always looking for skilled, dependable people to join our growing restoration team in the Denver metro area.

Why Work With Us

We're a locally owned restoration company that values its people. Our team is the reason Denver homeowners and businesses trust us with their properties.

Competitive Pay

We offer competitive wages based on experience and certifications, with regular performance reviews and advancement opportunities.

Training & Certification

We invest in our team with paid IICRC and IAQA certification training. You grow your skills and credentials while you work.

Team Environment

You'll work alongside experienced professionals who support each other. We operate as one crew — no politics, no runaround.

Professional Equipment

We provide all tools and equipment — industrial extractors, thermal cameras, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers. You focus on the work, not the gear.

Open Positions

We're actively hiring across multiple departments. Both experienced professionals and motivated individuals looking to start a career in restoration are welcome to apply.

  • Water Damage Restoration Technician — Emergency water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, and equipment setup on residential and commercial properties.
  • Mold Remediation Specialist — Containment setup, mold removal, HEPA air filtration, antimicrobial treatment, and post-remediation verification.
  • Emergency Response Technician — First responder on after-hours and weekend calls. Must be comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation and fast-paced emergency work.
  • Reconstruction & Carpentry — Drywall, flooring, framing, painting, and finish work to restore properties to pre-loss condition after mitigation is complete.
  • Project Manager / Estimator — On-site damage assessments, scope writing, insurance coordination, crew scheduling, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Don't see your exact role listed? We're always open to hearing from skilled tradespeople, CDL drivers, and experienced restoration professionals. If you think your skills are a fit, reach out.

What We Look For

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people during difficult situations. Restoration work is physically demanding and often urgent — our team members show up ready to work, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the job right.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency shifts
